SHIPPING POLICY

Pre-Orders

Certain products, launches, or regional orders may occasionally be sold on a pre-order basis.

For pre-order purchases, processing and dispatch timeframes may take up to 30 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page or at checkout.

By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge and accept that:

  • Dispatch timeframes may be extended beyond standard processing estimates

  • Estimated dispatch dates are approximate only and not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing, freight, customs, carrier, or operational factors outside of our control

Where possible, updated dispatch estimates will be communicated via email or displayed on the product page.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing timeframes are separate from shipping and transit estimates.


Shipping Destinations

Resurrection Car Care Limited ships to select international destinations subject to carrier availability, shipping restrictions, and local import regulations.

Shipping costs, delivery methods, and estimated delivery timeframes may vary depending on destination and carrier availability.

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or clearance charges

  • Ensuring products are permitted for import into their country or region

  • Providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout


Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes begin once an order has been dispatched.

🇳🇿 New Zealand Orders

Estimated delivery timeframe: 8–15 business days after dispatch.

🇦🇺 Australia Orders

Estimated delivery timeframe: 8–15 business days after dispatch.

🇺🇸 United States Orders

Estimated delivery timeframe: 8–15 business days after dispatch.

Please note:

Off-mainland United States territories and regions, including Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii, may experience extended delivery timeframes of approximately 12–15 business days after dispatch.

🇨🇦 Canada Orders

Estimated delivery timeframe: 8–15 business days after dispatch.

All delivery estimates are approximate only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier or postal service disruptions

  • Hazardous goods handling requirements

  • Weather conditions or natural events

  • Customs inspections or regulatory delays

  • High-volume periods, promotions, or holidays

Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, Resurrection Car Care Limited is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.


Liquids & Hazardous Goods (Important)

Some products sold by Resurrection Car Care Limited are liquids and may be classified as hazardous, restricted, or regulated goods for shipping purposes.

As a result:

  • Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions, additional handling requirements, or limited delivery methods

  • International shipping availability may vary depending on country, region, carrier, or service level

  • Delivery timeframes may be extended due to hazardous goods handling or customs inspections

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify shipping methods or carriers where required for regulatory compliance

  • Cancel or refuse orders where shipping restrictions prevent compliant delivery

  • Restrict shipping availability to certain destinations at any time

If an order cannot be shipped due to hazardous goods restrictions or carrier limitations, a refund for the affected item(s) will be issued.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Where available, tracking details and shipping confirmations will be provided after dispatch.

Tracking updates are managed by third-party carriers and may not always reflect real-time shipment status.


Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item(s)

  • Clear photographs of the external packaging

  • Your order number

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion and where required under applicable consumer protection laws.


Lost or Missing Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate the matter.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the courier has officially confirmed the parcel as lost.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping information

  • Returned shipments, customs issues, or additional charges resulting from address errors

Any reshipment or redelivery costs may be charged to the customer.


Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been handed to the courier, except where otherwise required under applicable consumer protection laws.
